We are not directly affiliated with, owned by, or part of any third-party travel portal, airline, or hotel aggregator (such as EaseMyTrip, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, or airlines). All brand names, trademarks, and registered assets referenced belong exclusively to their respective owners.
  2. Services Provided
    Easy Trip Maker operates as an authorized travel booking agency offering:
  • Domestic and International flight ticket reservations.
  • Custom tour itineraries, group departures, and holiday travel packages.
  • Hotel accommodations, resort stays, and ground transfers.
  • Visa assistance, documentation advisory, and travel insurance support.
  1. Bookings, Pricing & Payment Terms
  • Currency & Pricing: All prices mentioned on our website or offline quotes are in Indian Rupees (INR – ₹).
  • Price Fluctuations: Airfares, dynamic hotel tariffs, and taxes are subject to availability until tickets and vouchers are fully issued and paid for.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed in INR through authorized banking channels, UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards. Bookings are confirmed only after full or agreed advance payment is successfully received.
  • Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct traveler names, dates of birth, contact details, and passport numbers exactly as shown on official travel documents. Easy Trip Maker is not liable for errors provided by the client.
  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
  • Supplier Policies: Cancellations, date changes, baggage rules, and refunds are governed strictly by the respective airline, hotel, or consolidator policies.
  • Service Fees: In addition to airline or hotel cancellation penalties, Easy Trip Maker reserves the right to charge nominal administrative/service processing fees for cancellations and re-issuance.
  • Refund Timelines: Once authorized by the airline or supplier, refunds are credited back to the original source account within 7 to 14 business days. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Visa & International Travel Advisory
  • Facilitation Only: Easy Trip Maker acts strictly as an assistance provider for visa applications, slot appointment bookings, and guidance.
  • Embassy Authority: Approval, processing duration, and rejection of visas rest entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Easy Trip Maker is not responsible for visa rejections or delays, and visa application fees are non-refundable.
  • Travel Documents: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carry valid passports (minimum 6 months validity from travel date), mandatory transit visas, and health declarations.
  1. Third-Party Suppliers & Limitation of Liability
  • We partner with trusted third-party airlines, hotels, transport operators, and consolidators. However, Easy Trip Maker is not liable for flight delays, schedule changes, baggage loss, weather disruptions, or personal accidents beyond our operational control.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, or government travel restrictions.
  1. User Conduct & Website Usage
  • You agree not to misuse this website, submit fraudulent booking requests, or use automated scrapers without written permission.
  • All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and text belong exclusively to Easy Trip Maker and are protected under copyright laws.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
